This Position Will Entail
- Leading the strategy and execution of all sales, marketing, and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share.
- Aligning and optimizing the customer journey to maximize revenue.
- Developing and implementing robust sales management processes to track and drive revenue.
- Collaborating with other C-level executives to align company goals with revenue outcomes.
- Regularly analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of revenue strategies to the board and other stakeholders.
- Forecasting and managing revenue streams, identifying risks and opportunities throughout the business.
- Establishing clear metrics and KPIs to measure performance across all revenue-generating departments.
- Cultivating key customer relationships and participating in strategic sales opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned, etc.
- Proven strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in revenue generation in a high-growth environment.
- Strong executive presence with stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Exceptional ability to drive sales teams and forge strong business partnerships.
- Agile and innovative thinker capable of transitioning strategy into execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in senior sales or revenue-focused roles, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership position.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience in the specific sector pertinent to the company (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance).
- Proven record of increasing revenue streams significantly for a large, complex organization.
- International business experience is a plus, especially if the company operates globally.
- While not required, certifications such as Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) can be beneficial.
