This Position Will Entail

- Create, post, and maintain effective recruitment campaigns via social media (Facebook, Linkedin, etc.) and Handshake
- Track, analyze, and report the results of recruitment campaigns using Google Drive and other tools
- Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities
- Assist in University Career Fairs to promote recruitments
- Facilitate the orientation of new employees
- Contribute as a strategic thinker in building a strong HR foundation for a growing start-up company
- Assist the HR team with other tasks assigned
- Working knowledge of Human Resources Management and Social Media Engagement, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Handshake
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, written and verbal communication
- Genuine enthusiasm for an interest in working with people
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and the ability to work independently
- Able to work 20 hours per week
- Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Human Resources, or management/administrative fields
- Prior experience with start-ups is a plus
