THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL :
- Setting and implementing the strategic direction of the company’s product lines.
- Leading, managing, and mentoring the product management team.
- Working closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Ensuring products align with the company’s strategic goals and market needs.
- Identifying and filling product gaps, leading the brainstorming of new ideas that grow market share.
- Driving product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
- Analyzing market trends and competitive conditions, and adjusting product strategies to respond to changing environments.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
