What You'll Do
Summary / Objective :
This role sits at the intersection of security, technology, and business, ensuring our digital products are secure by design while delivering seamless user experiences. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, compliance, and UX, to develop innovative solutions that enhance the security of our member-base without compromising usability.
Essential Functions :

- Define and execute the product roadmap for security-focused features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to integrate security controls into digital products, balancing risk mitigation with user experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand security challenges, identify risks, and prioritize initiatives based on impact.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback loops and analytics.
- Translate security requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt security strategies.
- Champion a security-first mindset across product teams, advocating for best practices in data protection, authentication, and threat mitigation.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and sales teams to ensure security features are effectively communicated and adopted by users.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
