AV Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot high-end AV systems.
• Conduct comprehensive system evaluations to identify any issues or areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with clients and the main office to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
• Install and terminate audio, video, and control wiring with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize power tools and equipment for installation and mounting purposes.
• Fill out timesheets accurately to record project hours and tasks performed.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the main office, providing regular updates on project progress and work performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively interacting with clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Demonstrate professionalism, both in speech and behavior, while working in luxury client homes.
• Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, contributing to a cohesive work atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License (Must)
• Fluent in English
• Experience with wiring installations (Must)
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and the main office effectively.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Passion for technology and staying updated on the latest industry trends.
• Professionalism, with the ability to maintain a polished demeanor in luxury client homes.
• Ability to fill out timesheets accurately and provide timely updates to the main office.
• Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in AV installations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Ability to work well within a team environment, fostering collaboration and cooperation.

Location:

This is a full time position at our main office / showroom located in Rye Brook, NY. As a Technician you are required to report to the office every morning, but you will spend most of your day on job sites.
