Digital Homes, a well-established leader of real estate media, is expanding its Luxury Division and is seeking an elite and experienced Luxury Media Professional to join our team. This specialized role is designed for a well-vetted creative visual storyteller who excels in capturing the emotion of luxury properties through stunning visuals and innovative media solutions. As a Luxury Media Pro at Digital Homes, you will work closely with industry top producers to deliver bespoke photographic and video content that showcases premium properties in their best light. This position will be an independent contractor.
Responsibilities :
Photograph and film luxury architecture and real estate using advanced techniques to highlight unique features and upscale ambiance.
Operate a range of high-end equipment to produce professional-grade aerial footage and immersive video walkthroughs.
Work collaboratively with our editing team to ensure the final product meets the high standards of our luxury market clients.
Stay informed of the latest trends in real estate media technology to continuously improve quality and service offerings.
Familiarize yourself with capturing a property floor plan (training provided if needed)
Provide exceptional customer service, understanding the specific needs and expectations of luxury real estate clients.
Gear Requirements :
Photography : Full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera systems such as the Canon 5D Mark IV, Nikon Z7, or Sony A7R series with a range of professional lenses (wide-angle, macro, and telephoto).
Videography : Professional-grade video cameras such as the Sony A7S series, Canon C300, or equivalent, with gimbals and stabilizers to ensure smooth footage.
Aerial Photography / Videography : DJI Mavic Pro 2 or DJI Phantom 4 Pro for high-resolution aerial shots and videos.
Floor Planning : Experience with LIDAR technology for accurate floor planning and 3D modeling tools.
Editing Software : Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and other relevant media editing software.
Qualifications :
Extensive experience in luxury real estate photography and videography.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in the luxury market.
Excellent technical skills with the specified gear and software.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with high-profile clients.
