Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Oversee client accounts on a regular basis and identify outstanding debts
- Proactively determine solutions for handling unique billing situations
- Ensure billing notes & signatures are on file to ensure compliance with funding regulations
- Supervise accounts to identify unresolved debts; follow up with funding entity on overdue accounts
- Manage office operations and maintain an organized workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients both in-person and over the phone.
- Perform and oversee all daily billing functions in integrated systems
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
