Who We're Looking For: A dynamic B2B Account Director who speaks fluent "client" and can effortlessly translate strategy into actionable marketing magic. You’re part diplomat, part strategist, and part therapist (let’s face it, sometimes clients need to talk). You're ready to own client relationships, spearhead growth, and expertly juggle accounts without dropping the ball (often).
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key B2B client relationships—think business matchmaking but with campaigns and strategy.
- Guide strategy from inception to execution, ensuring everything stays smart, fresh, and impactful.
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to produce marketing brilliance that makes clients say, “Yes, more of THAT!”
- Analyze results, measure effectiveness, and report with insights clients didn’t even know they wanted.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in an account management or client-facing role, ideally in B2B marketing.
- Proven experience creating, managing, and growing strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills—you know when to charm, when to listen, and when to diplomatically disagree.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovative solutions.
- Comfort working with HubSpot, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other B2B marketing tools.
