Small but very-rapidly growing agency in Northbrook, IL (just north of Chicago) is seeking a junior art director to work across all of our accounts. We have a lot of work from new clients and need someone awesome to create great advertising with us.
Great opportunity for a recent college grad or designer / marketer with 1-2 years experience.
Job is on-site at least four days a week in Northbrook; Fridays from home (or your favorite coffee shop) after a few weeks of training.
The ideal candidate has formal graphic design training and loves creating great work. The person in this role will join a great team to concept, design and execute digital visuals for use in online advertising, digital marketing, social media, emails, and print advertising. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred and / or relative experience with advertising / marketing agency.
- A diverse portfolio that shows a range of advertising, digital, and print work.
- A good person. We are a nice group of folks and want to add another one. No prima donnas. This a serious, but fun, environment. (The President loves to tell dad jokes. Prepare yourself to laugh, even if you don't think they're funny. We humor him.)
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products; working knowledge of Figma also a plus!
- Website dev skills would be a big plus!
- Ability to effectively organize workload and prioritize based on project deadlines.
- Good people skills (you'll be talking with clients on occasion).
