Role: Oracle MRP Functional Consultant
Location: Hybrid - West Chester, PA (3 days onsite required)

Job Summary:
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions to optimize inventory management, production scheduling, and overall supply chain efficiency by leveraging Oracle's EBS MRP planning tools, including advanced features like demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply chain optimization across various business scenarios & outside processing.
- Ensuring data integrity by managing and cleansing data within the Oracle system, including item master data, BOMs, and lead times
- Generating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory levels, production efficiency, and supply chain performance
- Providing training and support to end users on Oracle Planning and MRP functionalities, addressing queries, and resolving issues
- Translate the business requirements to functional specifications document, develop and own requirements traceability matrix
- Identify and manage functionality and Application issues during CRP, SIT, UAT
- Work with technical team on data conversion and existing data transformation.

- Able to manage multiple small projects with competing priorities within scope.
- Provide end user support during hyper care
- Work with project manager to report achievements, project progress, risks etc.
- Professional with in-depth knowledge and experience in implementing Oracle EBS MRP (Material Requirements Planning) functionalities within the Oracle EBS, enabling to design, implement, and manage comprehensive planning and inventory management systems for RRX business site, particularly manufacturing organization in Westchester PA, by effectively integrating demand management, forecasting, and production scheduling processes
- Extensive experience with Oracle Planning and MRP modules within the Oracle ERP suite.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, inventory control, and production scheduling.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and customization
- Experience in project management, including implementation and support phases
- Must have 10 years of experience in implementing Oracle EBS in multiple manufacturing facilities.
