Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
Integrate SailPoint with various systems (e.g., Active Directory, HR systems, cloud apps, and databases).
Configure and maintain identity lifecycle processes, access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and policies.
Develop and maintain connectors for provisioning and deprovisioning access across systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues across the SailPoint platform.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and compliance teams to align IAM practices with business needs.
Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and user guides.
Monitor and report on identity governance metrics and policy violations.
Support security audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Participate in the planning and execution of SailPoint upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
3 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role modeling.
Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, BeanShell, XML, PowerShell).
Familiarity with identity protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Knowledge of cloud IAM integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, O365).
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating third-party systems with SailPoint.
