The Inside Sales Representative will make and receive phone calls to forward the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or telemarketing
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to convey competence, confidence and empathy
- Must be detailed oriented and have a high degree of accuracy
- Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined, ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stress associated with multiple tasks and deadlines as well as multiple people requiring/awaiting information
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a quick turnaround time via email and phone
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of DMP product details and remains current in the security industry and its products through dealer interaction.
- Focuses on attention to detail when designing systems per the dealer’s specifications while asking questions to understand what they are trying to achieve.
- Finds solutions.
- Documents conversations, quotes, and software in proper programs for record keeping.
- Is self-driven to take personal responsibility for tasks while also assisting the customer service team with questions.
