Job Description :
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reagent Manufacturing Associate to join a growing team in a laboratory setting. This individual will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of reagents, assembly of kits, and ensuring compliance with established standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a solid understanding of laboratory practices, and the ability to contribute to cross-functional activities in a collaborative environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a passion for science and hands-on laboratory work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
- Manufacture reagents and assemble kits in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Document all reagent manufacturing activities while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Perform routine lab maintenance, including cleaning, equipment upkeep, and inventory management of materials and supplies.
- Assist with troubleshooting of manufactured reagents and address issues as they arise.
- Recognize and report situations requiring further evaluation, including safety concerns, process issues, or personnel-related matters to the Laboratory Supervisor.
- Document corrective actions when deviations from established protocols occur.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve reagent manufacturing SOPs and forms.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and qualified reagent delivery.
- Assist with inspection preparation activities as needed.
- Conduct experiments independently with minimal supervision and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, always maintaining a focus on safety and protocol adherence.
