The Staffing Account Executive will play a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with businesses that utilize staffing services through research, prospecting, and client engagement. In this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a strategic thinker, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and champion our company’s culture.
In this role, you will :
Prospecting and Client Identification
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients using cold calling, internet research (utilizing tools and databases), emailing, and referrals.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients with relevant information for targeted outreach.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management
Job Order Process Management
Consultative Selling and Contract Negotiation
Sales & Retention Strategies
