The Sales Admin at Digital Provisions plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by expediting quote creation, coordinating sales activities, managing customer interactions, and maintaining sales tools. This position bridges internal team coordination and outward-facing customer engagement, ensuring a seamless process from lead generation to project awarding.
Key Responsibilities :
- Quote Management :
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales, Sales Engineer, and VP of Sales to expedite quote creation and awarding.
- Ensure all quotes are reviewed by appropriate team members before release.
- Update and modify existing quotes as needed for real-time changes.
- Meeting Coordination :
- Organize and lead sales meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting action items.
- Follow up on meeting deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Customer Coordination :
- Act as the outward-facing liaison for the sales team, coordinating with customers after handoff from the sales lead.
- Schedule site walkthroughs and manage communications to ensure a smooth pre-sales process.
- Sales Tool Management :
- Maintain and manage data accuracy within sales tools, such as Service Titan, and potentially Salesforce as part of future tech stack updates.
- Run and monitor the Sales Service Board to track activities, opportunities, and progress.
- Marketing and Event Support :
- Assist in coordinating sales-related events (e.g., tradeshows, customer gifting, holiday parties), including logistics and material preparation.
Qualifications :
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of security integration services, including access control, camera systems, and related technologies.

Pay Range : $28 - $32 per hour with a performance bonus (up to $7k))
