By leveraging your exceptional analytical skills and business acumen, you will identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that will directly impact our strategic initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights and recommendations for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to track and monitor business performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements or new solutions.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes, such as forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize business processes and drive cost savings.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems, processes, and tools, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas and insights to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
