Your role
The Solution Library Director will lead the development of a comprehensive technical content library for our data center solutions. This role is key to reinforcing our position as the go-to data exchange hub, enabling seamless integration of cloud, core, and edge technologies. The Solution Library will be a powerful asset in driving intelligent digital transformation and shortening sales cycles by streamlining customer conversations. As the technical content specialist, you will be the subject matter expert on our solutions portfolio, responsible for curating and documenting rich, market-facing content that aligns with our product capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your industry expertise, collaborate across teams, and help shape the future of our patented intellectual property in the PDx solution library.

Your role

What You’ll Do
- Develop, maintain, and curate technical use case solution content for enterprise and strategic partner audiences.
- Integrate use cases into the validated solution lifecycle, utilizing automation to enhance design assistance tools and technical content.
- Build and manage the PDx taxonomy, ontology, and mapping to current intelligence systems, advancing decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and the Activation team to capture and codify knowledge into the PDx knowledge base.
- Gather input from cross-functional teams to enhance the Pervasive Datacenter Architecture PDx toolkit and library of use cases and validated solutions.
- Ensure the solutions library is up-to-date and maintain a current roadmap and lifecycle plan in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the CTO organization to align solutions content with product capabilities and roadmaps, co-developing additional technical assets.
- Support travel requirements of up to 30%, with the option for remote work.
- 15 years of experience in datacenter, network, applications, and data technology, including IT architecture and design patterns.
- In-depth knowledge of SDN, SD datacenter infrastructure, and multitenant datacenter ecosystems.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, including public, private, and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with network service provider and cloud service provider products and their consumption.
- Extensive expertise in IT services, with a profound understanding of data, applications, networking, and cloud architectures.
- Strong understanding of API architecture and its role in creating agile systems and processes.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and deliver technical solutions.
- Collaborative approach, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to manage multiple priorities, and uncompromising standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
