Your role
We are looking for a self-motivated intern to join the Growth Marketing team in Dallas for the summer (~10 weeks). The Growth Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Growth Marketing Intern to join our North America Marketing team. Digital Realty provides the leading global platform for centers of data exchange, interconnection, and colocation solutions. The Growth Marketing Intern will help plan, execute, analyze, and improve growth marketing activities to reach high pipeline goals for enterprise target accounts.
This position helps to increase the number of leads and the number of leads in the middle of the funnel. This is done by doing growth marketing activities (trade shows, partner events, webinars, workshops, and thought leadership, etc.) based on the North America Marketing Plan. You will also drive digital awareness and engagement through social media, landing pages, and targeted account-based email campaigns. To succeed in this role, you need to work with people from different departments, like Marketing, Sales, and partners.

What You’ll Do
- Execute regional/local growth marketing plans within budget to support aggressive growth goals for acquisition and pipeline expansion.
- Work cross-functionally to oversee execution, including logistics, content development, scheduling, creative themes, budgeting, and social media strategies.
- Manage multiple projects and campaigns, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and budget adherence.
- Oversee lead acquisition, processing, nurturing, and follow-up to ensure proper management of growth marketing activity leads.
- Working towards a 4-year college degree in a related field.
- 1 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment with proven success in implementing growth marketing plans.
- Understanding of demand generation activities and channels (ABM, event management, social media, campaign execution, etc.) and experience with marketing technology stacks (Marketo, Salesforce preferred).
- Strong analytical skills to measure marketing program effectiveness (ROI, customer acquisition, retention, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive and peer audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Strong team player and self-starter who can drive activities to a successful conclusion while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
- Independence and initiative in high-profile situations with strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
