Your role
The Manager, EA Systems identifies and combines various and sometimes disparate subsystems into unified wholes, useful in accomplishing overall business objectives. This role documents the existing inventory of applications housed by Digital Realty, creates application scorecards, conducts stakeholder surveys to build out the application portfolio, documents application, systems, and infrastructure architecture, assesses existing infrastructural capacity, and presents to leadership and key stakeholders regarding needs and capabilities.
What you'll do
- Capture inventory of all applications used
- Create application scorecards through stakeholder surveying
- Maintain Digital Realty's application portfolio
- Lead working groups to determine architecture risks and gaps and offer strategic support.
- Document applications and integrations to other systems and ensure they work together as a unit.
- Promote awareness of enterprise architecture function and support tools
- Work with business groups and IT stakeholders to develop architecture diagrams in standard formats
- Collect existing architecture and update enterprise architecture repository
- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed

Our Compensation Philosophy
Digital Realty offers its employees a highly competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and an environment that recognizes and rewards your contributions. Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training. Moreover, an employee's total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.
Compensation range : 110,796-152,345 annually. This compensation range represents the Company's good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.
