Your role
As part of the Global Operations Training team, the Operations Change Manager will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change initiatives, fostering clear and cohesive communication strategies, and creating and maintaining essential content and resources to support operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. This role requires managing communication-related budgets, overseeing distribution lists, coordinating email communications, and managing the Operations Department webpage, while aligning with company-wide messaging and branding. Strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and first-rate communication abilities are essential to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
Change Management :
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring delivery excellence and adaptability.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams, HR, and other departments to integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure consistent execution.
- Support training program development and deployment to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes, including lean learning and game-based learning methodologies.
- Track and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives using analytics platforms, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors, enabling them to guide their teams through transitions and maximize employee adoption.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise during the change process.
- Think creatively and innovatively to address complex problems and pivot between strategy and execution based on organizational needs.
- Champion best practices and emerging trends in change management methodologies and frameworks, ensuring alignment with global enterprise transformation initiatives.
