Position Title : Sr. Product Implementation Manager, Project Management
Location : Prefer candidates in Mountain time zones
Your role
Digital Realty is looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering business and customer value enhancing initiatives. This role brings experience in product and technology delivery, and will collaborate closely with Program Owners, Business and Technical teams to ensure project outcomes are met. The Project Manager will report to the Head of Product Implementation and be part of the CTO organization.
What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure features are delivered according to specifications.
- Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule, and / or budget.
- Facilitate team meetings and coordinate with team leads to ensure project alignment.
- Motivate and support team members to achieve project goals.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure resources are allocated correctly and efficiently.
- Oversee the product testing and quality assurance processes while maintaining expectations
- Act as the point of contact for project communication.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and decisions.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the market
- Document all aspects of the product project for accountability and transparency.
