The Role :
The Hospice Account Manager role involves expanding the organizations hospice services by establishing and managing relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources. This full-time, on-site position requires developing outreach strategies, attending community events, and educating potential partners on Missions hospice offerings. The role is crucial for driving growth, coordinating patient transitions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless care. Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and maintaining local networks by leveraging your connections and knowledge of the healthcare landscape to build relationships with physicians, healthcare facilities, and community organizations. This local presence is essential for promoting hospice services effectively.
- Utilizing hospice knowledge and expertise to educate potential referral sources on the unique benefits of our services, positioning yourself as a trusted resource and addressing questions on end-of-life care with sensitivity.
