This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day manufacturing, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting : Address and resolve daily production challenges in polymer extrusion processes .
- Process Optimization : Work directly with machines to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement : Implement initiatives that drive productivity and product quality.
- Safety Leadership : Conduct risk assessments and lead process safety projects.
- Technical Support : Oversee start-ups for new products and equipment, ensuring smooth transfer to production.
