About the Role : As an Account Manager , you will be the key liaison between Digital Resource and our clients, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns drive measurable results. You’ll combine creativity , strategic planning , and client relationship management to execute campaigns that exceed expectations. What You’ll Do : ✅ Campaign Management Oversee the execution of digital marketing and social media campaigns for multiple clients (from small to large-scale projects). Ensure projects are delivered on time , within budget , and meet performance goals. ✅ Client Success Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships . Communicate regularly to gather feedback, share campaign insights, and adjust strategies for maximum impact. ✅ Collaboration Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, technical, and strategy) to align client goals with campaign execution . Ensure clear communication between departments to deliver successful campaigns. ✅ Performance Monitoring Track and analyze key campaign metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Report results to clients with actionable insights to demonstrate value and ROI. ✅ Problem Solving Proactively identify and resolve challenges, ensuring smooth campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
