Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position will assist our warehouse supervisor and will include, on occasion, providing support to our project teams at job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping maintain an organized warehouse, receiving deliveries, and ensuring materials are organized and ready to be delivered to job sites. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and dollies to help load and unload deliveries.
- Organize deliveries and ensure all items are stored in the correct location.
- Assist with stock inventory, monitoring inventory levels, and ordering supplies.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring they are packed securely and accurately.
- Assist the warehouse supervisor in maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
- Label and tag products as needed for easy identification for projects.
- Utilize in-house system software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid Texas Drivers License and good driving record is required.
- Ability to pass drug and background checks.
Delivery Duties:
- Assist with the timely and accurate delivery of products to job sites or customer locations as needed.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and organized manner.
- Check delivery orders against items to ensure accuracy before leaving the warehouse.
- Communicate with customers or job site managers to confirm delivery schedules and address any issues.
- Drive company vehicles and ensure safe and legal operation while on the road.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate warehouse machinery effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification).
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 - 75lbs.
- Ability to operate a warehouse forklift.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying managed temperatures.
Travel to job sites or delivery locations as needed utilizing company vehicles.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
