We are actively hiring for the position of HR Representative for our plant in Solon, OH
Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruiting : Responsible for full-cycle recruiting : creating / updating job descriptions, creating requisitions, job posting, screening prospects, offer negotiations, onboarding, and off-boarding.
- Reports : Responsible for weekly recruiting reports for the location
- Background Screens : Enter background screens for prospects and check references.
- Onboarding : Managing the onboarding process, conducting new hire orientations
- I9 Review / Audits : Verify I9 documentation and submitting information to E-Verify. Auditing and ensuring required documentation are updated for employees.
- HRIS / Personnel Records : Maintaining personnel records / files and the HRIS system.
- Training & Development : Assisting with training and development (i.e., compliance training, safety training, etc.)
- Time & Attendance : Assisting managers / employees with time adjustments.
- Company Events : Helping to coordinate company events.
- Employee Relations : Assisting with Employee Relations situations and questions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
