Job Title: Senior Operations Manager - DST Location: OR - Beaverton What you'll do: Digital Disbursements is a fintech company, led by a team with deep industry experience and a strong track record of value creation. The Operations Manager will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations. Position Location: Hybrid – Portland, OR Primary responsibilities (85% of team member’s time will be dedicated to primary responsibilities) Manage select client relationship and accounts as primary operational contact. Oversee Sr. Operations Analysts and manage execution of daily operational tasks to facilitate payments distribution (e.g., monitor 30-day pre-distribution sprints, including key operational actions such as payment platform testing and validating data from clients). Additional responsibilities Help refine processes and policies in areas of operations. Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.
