- Data Collection & Analysis:
- Collect and analyze large sets of behavioral data from websites, mobile apps, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Use AI-driven tools and advanced analytics to gain insights into user behavior, engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Behavioral Segmentation:
- Segment users based on behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns to help inform marketing campaigns and personalization strategies.
- Develop models to predict customer behavior, engagement, and churn using machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
- Performance Optimization:
- Use data insights to identify opportunities for improving website user experience, content strategy, and conversion funnels.
- Provide recommendations on optimizing user journeys to improve conversion rates and overall customer satisfaction.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation:
- Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate user behavior changes and test different marketing strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights from experiments to refine marketing campaigns, web designs, and product features.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize data and share actionable insights with internal teams and clients.
- Present findings on user behavior, trends, and opportunities for improvement in a clear, concise manner.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing teams, UX/UI designers, content creators, and developers to integrate behavioral data into campaigns and website optimizations.
- Assist in developing personalized marketing strategies based on user behavior insights.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (3 years) as a Behavioral Data Analyst or in a similar role within digital marketing or data analytics.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Strong background in data manipulation, data visualization, and reporting.
- Experience working with marketing data and understanding digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Technical Skills:
