About the Role:
We’re hiring a full-time Marketing Associate to help us grow our startup’s marketing engine. You’ll work closely with our founder and experienced team on real campaigns across digital ads, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
This is a growth-focused role that’s perfect for someone who’s curious, driven, and excited to be part of a small team where your work actually matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email, and web
- Use AI tools and templates to create content and support automation
- Analyze performance data and help improve results
- Manage tasks and collaborate with design, sales, and leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 0–3 years experience in a marketing or startup environment
- Strong writing, organization, and digital-first mindset
- Bonus: Experience with marketing software (Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Notion, etc.)
