Position Overview:
The Regional Solutions Consultant will play a vital role in expanding DTP’s presence in a new market. This individual will act as a key liaison between referral partners and the DTP team, nurturing relationships and driving opportunities for new business. They will also gather technical specifications, collaborate with internal teams to develop quotes and proposals, and present tailored solutions to clients.
Location: Local to the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area. This position is a remote position with expected travel. Company car will be provided, or mileage will be reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners such as dental supply reps, bankers, and real estate brokers.
- Attend meetings, sponsor events, and actively engage in the local community to stay informed about market opportunities.
- Gather technical specifications for new offices and larger projects.
- Coordinate with the Managed Service and Account Management teams to ensure accurate quotes, drawings, and proposals.
- Present customized solutions and proposals to potential clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Represent DTP at industry events, fostering brand awareness and trust within the market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about IT solutions and dental office requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in sales, account management, or technical consulting is a plus.
- Local to the Charlotte, NC area and familiar with the business community.
- Salary: $60,000–$80,000 based on experience.
