DTS is looking for Automation Anywhere Developer for our client Job Overview : Client is seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere Bot Creator / AI Developer to join their team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using the Automation Anywhere platform to optimize enterprise-wide business processes. This position requires strong technical expertise, an analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBot Development & Design : Develop and implement bots to automate complex business processes using the Automation Anywhere platform.Leverage Automation Anywhere’s drag-and-drop interface and scripting tools to create scalable, rule-based automations.Design workflows that integrate with enterprise systems like PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle Financials, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.Testing & Debugging : Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure bots function seamlessly and meet business requirements.Document and execute unit test cases to validate the integrity of developed solutions.Collaboration & Requirement Gathering : Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify automation opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and milestones.Optimization & Knowledge Sharing : Optimize and enhance existing bots for improved performance and efficiency.Provide detailed documentation for bot logic, dependencies, and deployment procedures.Train and perform knowledge transfer to stakeholders, enabling them to manage and monitor automations effectively.Technical Support : Provide ongoing technical support for deployed bots, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.Manage bot deployment, scheduling, and performance monitoring via the Automation Anywhere Control Room.Best Practices & Updates : Stay current on the latest Automation Anywhere features, industry trends, and RPA best practices.Adhere to coding standards, documentation requirements, and quality assurance protocols for RPA development.Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience : Proven hands-on experience developing bots using Automation Anywhere, with a track record of delivering successful RPA projects.Expertise in automating processes for enterprise systems, including but not limited to : PeopleSoft HCMOracle FinancialsSalesforceServiceNowMicrosoft Office 365TnT JiraTechnical Skills : Automation Anywhere Certification (required).Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and frameworks.Experience as a Solution Architect for RPA projects is a significant advantage.Business Knowledge : Familiarity with common business functions such as Payroll, HR, Benefits Administration, Finance, Procurement, and related processes.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Soft Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
