What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Account Manager position at Digital Waffle?
Are you a skilled Account Manager, with experience overseeing 25 external accounts and client relationships simultaneously? Role: Digital Account Manager
Salary:$90-$110k
Location: USA (EST, CST remote)
Role brief(not an extensive list of duties):
- Managing a portfolio of website projects for independent schools from concept to launch.
- Being the POC for clients; effectively managing stakeholder expectations, and developing positive client relationships.
- Building and managing project timelines.
- Supporting quality assurance of deliverables
Experience/Qualities:
- Experience within the Education environment would be preferable.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management
- Minimum 3 years working in Tech/Digital Space
- Highly personable
- Fantastic communication skills
