Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Chattanooga, TN (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 DOE Annual Performance Bonus

Based out of their Chattanooga office, you’ll play a key leadership role in the architecture, development, and evolution of scalable cloud-based systems, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and modern engineering practices.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Architect and develop mission-critical software solutions using C# .NET/.NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
- Lead design discussions and contribute to strategic technical decisions across a suite of cloud-based messaging products.
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure, with a focus on scalability and resilience.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and infrastructure as code.
- Work within a microservices environment, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting engineering best practices across the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, ideally in a SaaS or high-availability environment.
- Strong expertise in C# .NET/.NET Core, with hands-on experience building modern web applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based architecture.
- Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of RESTful API design, integration patterns, and system interoperability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and lead by example.
- Passion for continuous learning, clean code, and technical excellence.
