Job Role: VP of Marketing

Salary: $150k (with additional company bonus)

Location: East Coast – Fully remote with occasional travel

We are currently recruiting for a VP of Marketing to join an established Telecommunications company with offices globally. They help their clients to communicate via mobile with both their customers and staff. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness for the US market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in driving demand generation and building high-performing marketing teams. You will develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives through market research and setting team KPIs. You will also enhance and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels and lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns.

Skills you should hold:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through demand-generation activities.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.

Desirable skills you could hold:

• Experience in the technology sector, focusing on SaaS, CPaaS, or communications.
• 5 years of experience working internationally.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
