What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator position at Digital XPress?
Account Coordinator is a full-time position that will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries, processing jobs and working with internal departments to ensure the customers’ projects are handled in a professional manner.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Compensation: $21.63/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Acts as a liaison between data, print and mailing departments.
- Collects and enters orders from customers and salespeople for products or services.
- The point of contact for the client and production team for each assigned project. Answer any questions or concerns for the client, as well as communicate any information required for the production team.
- Coordinates all aspects of production (job ticket preparation and project management), including preliminary file review, color proofing, quality control, initiate mailing procedures, shipping, and distribution process.
- Helps to resolve customer’s issue and/or concerns.
- Tracks job status electronically and via daily in-person meetings and communicates status with customer or salesperson.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
