The intern will assist with employee record management, onboarding, compliance audits, and HR system maintenance, gaining valuable exposure to HR processes in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives. The intern will assist with employee record management, onboarding, compliance audits, and HR system maintenance, gaining valuable exposure to HR processes in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Document Digitalization: Review and digitize physical employee files at the NY office, ensuring organized and accurate record-keeping.
- HRIS Maintenance: Assist the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
- Onboarding Support: Contribute to the onboarding project in the ADP platform, supporting its live rollout in October.
- Compliance & Audits: Organize documentation and ensure HR files meet legal and organizational compliance standards.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR contact as needed.
- HR File Organization: Cleanse and structure HR SharePoint files and intranet for better accessibility.
- Policy & Communication Updates: Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
