Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products and eager to help customers find the perfect custom solutions for their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
- Demonstrate knowledge of our custom magnets, laser-etched items, and custom foam kits, including materials, processes, and customization options
- Process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including product displays and promotional materials
- Assist with inventory management, including stock monitoring and restocking shelves as needed
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled to their specifications and delivered on time
- Participate in sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a print or manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and customer management
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
