THE ROLE
As part of a small and dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing imaging technology for camera capture while creating augmented reality experiences that enhance human perception. The scope of these projects will encompass camera color processing, developing features related to human color perception.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop perceptual features for immersive MR / AR experiences by modelling human perception
- Establish camera and display image quality metrics for MR / AR benchmarking
- Create a platform for objective and subjective psychophysical studies to evaluate virtual object rendering in MR / AR applications
- Research and develop computer vision and machine learning algorithms for light estimation and virtual object rendering
