- Building and maintaining relationships with broker accounts across all 50 states
- Training and educating brokers on our Application System (EASE) and other products
- Acting as a trusted advisor for brokers, providing guidance and solutions
- Delivering timely information on new products, resources, and industry updates
- Championing brokers and driving loan success stories
- Monitoring account performance and building a strong pipeline of loans
