Resound Networks, the 6th largest RDOF Phase I winner in the nation with over $300 million in awards through 7 states, is looking to hire an Outside Sales Account Executive. Successful candidates will exhibit exceptional drive, be customer focused, exhibit dependability, be a team player and have a strong work ethic. This position can be demanding and fast moving, requiring someone who can exercise good judgement and significant initiative. Candidates may have to travel as necessary to fulfill requirements of the position. This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Sales & Marketing.
Job Summary
The primary focus of this position will be on growing an assigned territory and achieving sales goals and quota. This position will work closely with the Resound team, including management, marketing, and operations, to execute a plan that exceeds growth requirements for each market. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting new customers, as well as maintaining the existing base. By finding solutions for customer’s needs, the Outside Account Executive will build value in our products and services.
Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships within existing customer base, prospect new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, management, and customer support.
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers highlighting differentiation and overall offering
- Maintain and be responsible for up-to-date reporting within CRM including sales activities, client interactions, and opportunity tracking
- Negotiate contracts and offering to achieve revenue targets within defined timelines
- Travel as necessary to meet the customer’s needs within defined service areas

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
