A leading Fixed Wireless company, is looking for a dedicated and reliable part-time Inventory/Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in managing inventory, assisting with shipping and receiving, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with shipping/receiving, strong computer software skills, and be willing to travel as needed for job-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform inventory management tasks including stock organization, labeling, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
- Utilize computer software to track inventory levels, process orders, and maintain records.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Be willing to travel to offsite locations as needed for deliveries or inventory-related tasks.
- Assist with packaging and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Perform basic administrative tasks related to inventory control and shipping.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably with shipping and receiving experience.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or willingness to learn new software tools.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for work-related duties.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Forklift certification or experience (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and documentation.
