- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in fundraising, investment banking, or a related field is a plus.
