Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

This role isn’t just about winning new business—it’s about defining what winning looks like.

• Own Growth: Drive the strategy, lead the charge, and convert new opportunities into measurable revenue. You’ll identify, negotiate, and close deals that bring in clients who make us better (and vice versa).
• Shape the Story: From pitches to RFPs, you’ll craft narratives that turn heads and win hearts. You’ll ensure that everything we put in front of a prospect is imaginative, compelling, and undeniably Digitas Health.
• Build Bridges: Partner across disciplines—creative, strategy, finance, and more—to streamline our process and create a culture of collaboration and connectivity. Oh, and make friends at Publicis Groupe, because we like to play well with others.
• Inspire Greatness: Lead and mentor a team of talented Directors, helping them sharpen their skills, smash their goals, and contribute big ideas.

Qualifications

What You’ve Got:

• 10 years of experience in advertising or marketing (a good chunk in healthcare or pharma).
• A proven track record of leading the charge and winning high-stakes pitches.
• The confidence to work with C-suite executives and the humility to work with everyone else, too.
• Killer storytelling skills on the page and in the room.
• Organizational skills that would make Marie Kondo jealous.
• The ability (and the passport) to travel when opportunity knocks.
  
  

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $176,700.00 - $263,655.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 2/21/25.
