Must-Have:
BAU Operation Support Incident management & Service request Manage the Service Level Agreements for services provided. Desktop Image, Build & Patching. Application Packaging & Deployment Service Quality Assurance & Testing IT Software & Hardware upgrades Mobile Device Management. Asset Procurement and Life Cycle Management. Printer Support Vendor Co-ordination Third party Hardware/Software smart hand support Site Administration and management.
Good-to-Have:
Change, problem & capacity management. Service Improvements Partners Support for Hardware, Phone, and IT Components Trend and Root cause Analysis Prepare reports for Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Meetings with the customer. Available to take Off-hour calls to support IT operations when needed. Performs other IT duties as assigned. Network and Server management. Badge and Access card management.
