Title: Java Tech lead (Hybrid)
Location: - Richfield, MN
Role is hybrid (3 days/wk)
We are seeking a Geospatial Lead Java with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various Java technologies and frameworks, including Spring Integration, Spring AOP, Spring Boot, and more. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. Proficiency in English is required.
- Lead the development and implementation of geospatial applications using Java technologies.
- Oversee the integration of Spring frameworks such as Spring Integration, Spring AOP, Spring Boot, Spring Core, and Spring MVC.
- Provide expertise in Java Webservices, Java Threading, and Java REST Web API to ensure robust application performance.
- Utilize Java Programming and Java Platform APIs to develop scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Implement logging mechanisms using Java logging API slf4j to monitor and debug applications effectively.
- Apply Java Fullstack development skills to manage both front-end and back-end tasks.
- Design and implement software solutions using Java Design Patterns to ensure code reusability and maintainability.
- Facilitate communication between different components of the application using Java Communication API (JCI).
- Ensure compatibility and performance optimization by leveraging Java 8 features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
