.Net Developer (Capital Markets exp)

Work Location: Troy, MI

We are seeking a highly skilled GeoSpatial Developer with expertise in .Net and Capital Markets- COTS Product.

The ideal candidate will have 10 to 14 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts.

This role does not require travel.

The candidate will contribute to developing and maintaining geospatial applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain geospatial applications using .Net technologies

- Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs

- Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application remains current and competitive

- Conduct performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation

- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality

- Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information.

Qualifications -

- Must have strong experience in .Net development

- Must have experience with Capital Markets

- COTS Product

- Should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Must be able to work in a hybrid work model

- Should have strong communication and collaboration skills

- Nice to have experience with geospatial technologies and applications

- Should be able to work independently and as part of a team

- Must have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies

- Should have experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines

- Must have strong understanding of software development life cycle

- Should have experience with performance tuning and optimization

- Must have experience with unit testing and code reviews

- Should have excellent documentation skills.
