Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry
Location: Lima, OH

Shift Times: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Hours/Day: 12-hour shifts
Shift Notes:
- 36-hour guarantee
- Will float to all units within skill level if necessary
- Weekend Requirements

: No on-callJob Description:
- Functioning within the health system’s mission, vision, and values, the RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Uses age-specific criteria and clinical skills to make judgments based on scientific knowledge.
- Assists in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries.
Submission Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of experience required.
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
- Must be active at the time of submission.
