Job Title: Temporary Licensed Nursing Assistant (T-LNA) / Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Location: St. Albans Health and Rehabilitation Center
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks (04/14/25 to 07/14/25)
Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Meal Break: 30 minutes

Job Overview:
St. Albans Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Temporary Licensed Nursing Assistant (T-LNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a 14-week contract. The position involves working the night shift and providing essential care to patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional patient care skills, and the ability to work independently during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
• Assist with mobility, including transferring patients in and out of bed, and helping with walking or physical therapy exercises.
• Support nurses and other healthcare team members with patient treatments and activities of daily living.

Qualifications:

• Current LNA or T-LNA License in the state of employment.
• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation facility is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a healthcare team.
• Availability to work the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), with guaranteed 37 hours per week.
• Must be able to lift and assist patients as required.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,160.00 per week
