Job Description:
Keene Center is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join the team for a 13-week evening shift contract. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and other patient data accurately.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient needs and observations.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active and valid LNA certification.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
