Job Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support our growing workload. This role includes content writing & management, pulling reports, assisting with client communications, overviewing clients accounts, administrative tasks etc. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, Energetic, Passionate, Creative and Resourceful personality, with prior experience in digital marketing.
Duties
- Work closely and assist the Agency owner
- Track campaign performance, generate reports
- Regularly update clients on campaign progress, performance, and adjustments.
- Manage budgets
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of marketing services
- Assist in onboarding new clients
- Maintain and organize client files, documents, and records
- Manage and oversee invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Write marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content etc.
- Perform other administrative or marketing-related tasks as needed to support the team and adapt to evolving business requirements
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven experience in marketing or Digital marketing
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with office management tools (Google Workspace, QB)
- AI savvy, need to be curious and want to try new tools
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Draw insightful conclusions, and apply learnings to future similar cases
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask
- Must be a Resourceful personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
